Which cookies and storage tools this site uses, when they are created and how to change your mind. All of them are technical, except the Google map, which stays off until you switch it on.

Cookies, localStorage and sessionStorage, briefly
A cookie is a small file a site asks the browser to keep, which the browser sends back with every later request. localStorage and sessionStorage do something similar — they store a value on your device — but they do not travel with requests: only the page reads them, when it needs to. The difference between the two is how long they last: the session one disappears when you close the tab, the other stays until it is cleared.
The rules are the same for all three: what matters is not the technical name but whether the tool is there to make the site work or to watch who uses it. Below is everything this site can create.

The list is complete: there are no other cookies, pixels, tags or third-party scripts. Photographs and video come from ImageKit's servers and typefaces are served by the site itself; neither creates cookies or identifiers on your device.
No analytics, profiling or advertising
This site uses no Google Analytics or other statistics tool, has no advertising pixels, builds no profiles and records no browsing sessions. None of the tools listed above is there to recognise you on other sites or to measure your behaviour.
The Google Maps map
The “Where we are” page has a map provided by Google. It is not loaded when the page opens: in its place there is a panel with an explanation and a button. Until you press that button, your browser does not contact Google's servers and receives no Google cookies or identifiers.
If you decide to load it, your browser connects to Google, which receives among other things your IP address, information about your device and the page you came from, and may use cookies or similar identifiers. Google handles this data as an independent controller, under its own privacy policy.
Your choice is saved in cn:map-consent in your browser, so you are not asked on every visit, and you can change it at any time below or from the button next to the map.
Changing your mind, and what it does
Withdrawing the choice deletes cn:map-consent from your browser, immediately removes the map if it happens to be open, and stops it loading again in future without a fresh request. It takes effect straight away, in this tab and in any others you have open on the site.
One honest caveat: withdrawal cannot delete any cookies Google may already have set on its own domains, because those do not belong to this site and no page here can remove them. To clear those, use your browser's settings, listed below, or the controls Google provides.

Third-party content. When it is on, the map is loaded straight from Google's servers on the “Where we are” page.
Off
The choice applies to this browser. Withdrawing deletes cn:map-consent and the map stops loading; any cookies Google has already set on its own domains have to be removed from your browser settings.
Managing cookies in your browser
Every browser lets you see the cookies and data sites have stored, delete them, and block them in whole or in part. Blocking this site's technical cookies is not dangerous: at worst the site will stop remembering the language you chose.
If you choose not to load the map
You lose nothing that matters. The full address stays written on the “Where we are” page, the directions button works exactly the same — it opens Google Maps in a new tab, when you decide — and every contact detail stays reachable. The embedded map is a convenience, not a condition for using the site.
